Henry wants nothing more than to bring you joy with his little balloon creations, no matter how many bumps (or...erm... pops) are in the road along the way. This prehensile-tailed porcupine couldn't do it alone, he takes his emotional support dog along for the journey. (Perhaps the highest-risk ESA job around!)
